A few minutes ago, I happened upon this reflection on the Word of God sent by email, long before entering social media via FB and prior to being able to access my website. It is appropriate any day but particularly today – Valentine’s Day.

Subject: JESUS . . .  (Sent: Friday, March 29, 2013 3:42:06 PM)

Blessings Men & Women of God,

(S/he) who has the Son has life; (s/he) who does not have the Son does not have life. 1 John 5:12 (NIV)

For The Lord Jesus came so that we may have abundant life (John 10:10b).

He was delivered over to death for our sins and was raised to life for our justification. Romans 4:25 (NIV)

Believers have a blood bought right to say, “I am healed by the wounds of Jesus” because He took our sickness; and our peace by Jehovah Shalom is through Jesus the resurrected Christ: ” . . . the punishment that brought us peace was upon Him, and by His wounds we are healedIsaiah 53:5 (NIV). The grace (favor) of Abba Father in which we stand this day and forevermore is by the blood of Jesus the resurrected Christ. For all the promises of God are yes in Christ Jesus, to which we say so be it/Amen (2 Corinthians 1:20). Faith works by (is the operating power of) love.

Therefore, I often pray for each of you, that which I pray for myself, “ . . . that we, together with all the saints, may grasp how wide, and long, and high, and deep is the love of Jesus and know this love that surpasses knowledge, that we may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. That our love may abound more and more and extend to its fullest development in knowledge and all keen insight [that our love may display itself in greater depth of acquaintance and more comprehensive discernment] . . .” Ephesians 3:16-19 (NIV); Philippians 1:9 (AMP)

 Peace . . . Harriet
