Dear Sisters and Brothers in Jesus the Christ,

12  For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thought and intents of the heart.  13  And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.”  Hebrews 4:12-13 (NKJV)

We are spirit, soul, and body. That is, we are spirit (the life principle bestowed on man by God) with a soul (the constitution of the person; intellect, emotions, personality) living in a body (the material organism animated by the spirit and soul).1  Those reconciled unto God the Father by the all redeeming and re-creating blood of Jesus are dead to sin and alive unto righteousness (1 Peter 2:24; Acts 2:38). There is God’s Kingdom and there is the World’s Kingdom. Believers are, right now, citizens of God’s Kingdom. Hence we are in the world but not of the world, foreigners or aliens or strangers, a peculiar people (Deuteronomy 14:2 & 26:18; Psalm 119:19; Titus 2:14; 1Pe 2:9), rendered kings and priests by the blood of Jesus (Revelation 1:5-6 [KJV]). As it is written, “11 Dear brothers and sisters, you are foreigners and aliens here. So I warn you to keep away from evil desires because they fight against your very souls.  12 Be careful how you live among your unbelieving neighbors. Even if they accuse you of doing wrong, they will see your honorable behavior, and they will believe and give honor to God when he comes to judge the world1 Peter 2:11-12 (NLT). It is by God’s system or His way of doing that we manifest the things of God to establish His covenant in the earth.

Our strength is of the Lord God as we invite, welcome, request, petition, ask/pray His mighty power working through us (Ephesians 1:19 & 3:20; Philippians 4:13). For it gives GOD, Who never goes back on His Word, great pleasure to give us the kingdom (Luke 12:32). The Old Covenant between God and man (i.e., male, female), gave us dominion, a mandate to subdue and replenish the earth (Genesis 1:26-28), by God’s system – in His way of doing things. The New Covenant between God and man ratified by the blood of Jesus, continues the initial mandate of God the Father by the Great Commission to: birth new citizens into God’s Kingdom, bring healing to the sick, cause finances to come to those in need, and bring God’s compassionate love to the brokenhearted (Mark 16:15-18). The Lord Jesus said that even greater works shall we do (John 14:12) for we have received the ministry-of-authority in the Name above all names (Matthew 28:18-20; Luke 10:19). Therefore, ‘though Satan has illegally acquired his lease (which is about to expire) by the treason of the first Adam/Man, the finished work of the last Adam Who is Jesus/Yeshua equips all in Him for success in every assignment everywhere sent of GOD, through His system or in His way by His power and to His glory. Therefore, take great care to put on the whole armor of GOD (Ephesians 6:10-18) daily.

Speak the promise . . . Harriet
