Justification . . .
Justification is by faith in the promises of GOD; in His integrity. Specific to the Kingdom of God which YESHUA/JESUS preached throughout His walk on earth as man, there is no demilitarized zone for the comfort of fence sitters. Of course, there will always be the confused as well as those who know about a thing yet have no full understanding; and there aren’t enough life-years to know all that pertains to the One who is Omnipresent and Omnipotent and Omniscient. Nevertheless, essentially there are non-believers as represented by Ishmael and Esau and those who believe as represented by Isaac and Jacob. YHWH (with inserted vowels YAHWEH, transliterated JEHOVAH, and commonly interpreted the LORD) is LOVE and is ever faithful in showing His compassionate love and grace. The fact that Scripture relays: “. . . I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion” Exodus 33:19 (NIV), and “Jacob I have love, but Esau I have hated . . .” Malachi 1:2 (NIV), speaks to YHWH who is Omniscient; in His power to look ahead, God saw that (though neither was perfect) Jacob would exercise faith (belief) and Esau would exercise unbelief. By revelation of the information in the Word of God by the Teaching of the Holy Spirit, we gain clarity about Hebrews 11:6 – “sans faith it is impossible to please God, for they that come to God must believe that He exists and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him”. More specifically, the promises of God are made manifest by faith through the power of the Spirit of God who dwells within each believer. YESHUA/JESUS was sent to obliterate the three-fold curse of the law: sickness, poverty, and death. For sickness Christ Jesus has given us health, for poverty Christ Jesus has given us wealth, and for death Christ Jesus has given us eternal life (Isaiah 53:5-6; John 10:10b & 5:24). All of which is of the grace of YHWH; all of His promises by faith in His only begotten Son – Messiah Jesus the Anointed One and His Anointing – Mediator of the New Covenant ratified by the Blood. The “job” or work of the those justified by the blood of Jesus (Romans 3:24 & 5:9a; 1Co 11:25; Ephesians 1:7; Colossians 1:15-20; Hebrews 9:11-15) isn’t to convince non-believers, it’s to share the gospel (good news) of Christ Jesus and the freedom that has come through His redemptive work by the grace of God. However, all are helped by the evidence of our own good fruit, and our own production of good deeds, and our own good words. To be clear, justification by faith has nothing to do with what we see in the natural realm (Habakkuk 2:4; Ro 1:17; Gal 3:11); it has everything to do with what we’ve heard from God. For “faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God” (Romans 10:17); hearing and doing (James 1:22-25); comprehension and application. Therefore, faith believes God and gives this faith expression. Ask, seek, knock (Matthew 7:7-8; Mark 11:22-24).
