Dear Sisters and Brothers in Jesus the Christ,
“7 Don’t bargain with God. Be direct. Ask for what you need. This isn’t a cat-and-mouse, hide-and-seek game we’re in. If your child asks for bread, do you trick him with sawdust? If he asks for fish, do you scare him with a live snake on his plate? As bad as you are, you wouldn’t think of such a thing. You’re at least decent to your own children. So don’t you think the God who conceived you in love will be even better?” Matthew 7:7-8 (MSG)
“If you don’t know what you’re doing, pray to the Father. He loves to help. You’ll get his help, and won’t be condescended to when you ask for it. Ask boldly, believingly, without a second thought. People who ‘worry their prayers’ are like wind-whipped waves. Don’t think you’re going to get anything from the Master that way, adrift at sea, keeping all your options open.” James 1:5-7 (MSG)
“Let’s keep a firm grip on the promises that keep us going. He always keeps His word.” Hebrews 10:23 (MSG)
The power of YHWY (with inserted vowels YAHWEH transliterated JEHOVAH and commonly interpreted the LORD) is at work in each person reconciled unto Him by the blood of Jesus through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. In other words, the power of God is at work in you and I/the power of God is working in you and I, on this side of Heaven because The Anointing in the person of the Holy Spirit resides or lives inside each person redeemed, reborn, regenerated, reconciled, and restored all rights and privileges as children of God. The LORD sent YESHUA/JESUS Who fixed it permanently (unless an individual gives it up via free-will). Consequently, it isn’t a question of whether the LORD will do for each of His children on this side of Heaven because it’s already done. “For God has reserved a priceless inheritance for His children. It is kept in Heaven for you, pure and undefiled, beyond the reach of change and decay”1 Peter 1:4 (NLT). The grace (unmerited favor) of God that ushered the redemptive work of Christ Jesus allows us to make withdrawals for whatsoever we have need of on this side of Heaven. The worldly way of thinking takes offense at those who “believe they receive” but the fact is that everything in the natural realm had its origin in the spiritual realm (the chair didn’t come before the thought of it). By the redemptive work of Christ Jesus, those “in Him” may call things that be not as though they were which includes healing. We speak prosperity which is beyond monetary (though money is simply a tool; as relayed in 1Ti 6:10 it’s the “love of money” that’s evil). For prosperity includes health; God’s Word is medicine to the flesh:
“20 Pay attention, my child, to what I say. Listen carefully. 21 Don’t lose sight of my words. Let them penetrate deep within your heart, 22 for they bring life and radiant health to anyone who discovers their meaning. 23 Above all else guard your heart, for from it flow the springs of life. 24 Avoid all perverse talk; stay far from corrupt speech.” Proverbs 4:20-24 (NLT)
Therefore, speak health and wealth and the fruit of the spirit: “love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control” (Galatians 5:22-23) for its manifestation. And when the devil and/or the cohorts thereof come to steal the Word (Matthew 13:19-23; Mark 4:15-20; Luke 8:11-15), put God’s Word on blast (no back-tracking, remain firm-footed). Every person “in Christ” may decree a thing in Jesus’ Name, and expect (no wishy-washy, being adrift) its manifestation. To believe one’s own status as royalty is to know that the royal garment bought by the blood of Jesus is (already) on as we approach the Throne of YHWH. The Living Word tells us that the LORD takes pleasure in giving us the kingdom (Luke 12:32). For all the promises of God are “Yes” in Christ Jesus to which we say “Amen” to the glory of God (2 Corinthians 1:20).
“Don’t become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You’ll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognize what He wants from you, and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-informed maturity in you.” Romans 12:2 (MSG).
GOD said so, and it’s true unto us according to His Word by the blood of Jesus. Therefore, we endeavor to study and meditate God’s Word for revelation of the information therein by the Teaching of the Holy Spirit. Refuse to forfeit one iota (not even an inch) of what Christ Jesus came that you and I may have, “ . . . life to the full, in abundance, until it overflows” (John 10:10). To “have faith in God” (Mark 11:22) is to have the God-kind of faith; the same faith as the Sovereign Lord God Almighty who is Abba Father by the redemptive work of Christ Jesus.
Speak the promise . . . Harriet
