Guilt blocks a significant number reconciled unto God by the blood of Jesus from receiving the promises of God already given by the redemptive work of Christ Jesus. Only repent (change) from doing in any way contrary to the way of God. Such necessarily includes forgiving those that satan has manipulated into ungodly behavior untoward. For faith works by divine love which manifest the things of God.  

Then those rendered sons & daughters of God by the Blood are assured that it is true unto us according to God’s Word. For there is “therefore no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death” Romans 8:1-2 (NKJV).  

Continual renewing of the mind by the revelatory Teaching of the Holy Spirit in the Word of God strengthens faith and develops the God kind of love which the Spirit of God poured into every spirit re-created or regenerated by the redemptive work of Christ Jesus. Such facilitates self-assurance:  

• “. . . confidence (complete assurance and boldness) before God, And we receive from Him whatever we ask, because we [watchfully] obey His orders [observe His suggestions and injunctions, follow His plan for us] and [habitually] practice what is pleasing to Him.” 1 John 3:21-22 (AMP)  

• “And this is the confidence (the assurance, the privilege of boldness) which we have in Him: [we are sure] that if we ask anything (make any request) according to His will (in agreement with His own plan), He listens to and hears us. And if (since) we [positively] know that He listens to us in whatever we ask, we also know [with settled and absolute knowledge] that we have [granted us as our present possessions] the requests made of Him.” 1 John 5:14-15 (AMP)
