The earth is a word-based planet. For YHWH (with inserted vowels YAHWEH transliterated JEHOVAH commonly interpreted the LORD) created it with words (read Genesis 1:1-25). The LORD God said,  

  • “So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.” Isaiah 55:11 (NKJV)

 During the Old Covenant between the LORD God and humankind (before the mystery of God’s plan to reconcile humankind unto Himself was revealed), whatsoever the LORD God spoke through His prophets had to manifest. Consequently, though prophets such as Elijah and Elisha were too powerful to assail, a significant number of prophets had to be kept safely hidden from murderers. For such was the asinine attempts to prevent God’s Word from being spoken throughout the earth. The devil and cohorts thereof manipulate people to speak his preferred script which is always contrary to the way of God. The old rhyme: “sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me” is a lie influenced by the “father of lies” (read John 8:44).  

YESHUA/JESUS – the Living Word – the Word of God made flesh, only spoke as He heard of His Father (read John 1:14 & 5:19 & 8:26b,28,38b & 12:49-50 & 14:10,24b). The mystery of God’s plan revealed in Jesus the Anointed One and His Anointing who walked in perfect obedience to the will of God the Father on behalf of all humankind bought and brought partakers of this New Covenant ratified by the blood of Jesus. The redeemed who have a reborn spirit are reconciled unto God as sons & daughters, and are strongly advised to heed the words sent forth from their own mouth so as not to stumble nor cause others to stumble (read Philippians 1:9-11 [AMPC]). Further, as stated by Bill Winston: “Neither do you want somebody else’s words to be conducting your life”.1    

  • “Therefore be imitators of God [copy Him and follow His example], as well-beloved children [imitate their father].” Ephesians 5:1 (AMPC)
