Recently a man (who later identified himself as a Pastor) approached me in a supermarket and as we talked (actually, he did most of the talking as I waited for a chance to gift him my books kept in the trunk of my car). Anyway, he stated two things he was “getting” or receiving about me as we talked, of which one was the word: reformation. I didn’t tell him what I thought about his perception regarding that specific word because someone else (Martin Luther) effectively addressed the reformation issue during the 16th century. In retrospect, however, I often bemoan that a significant number of those “in Christ” give evidence of a lack of revelation knowledge as to the power of God within as well as the gifts bestowed by the redemptive work of Christ Jesus. Essentially, they’ve neither a full concept of who they as kingdom citizens nor the gifts bestowed by the redemptive work of Christ Jesus. For example, they have belief (faith) for redemption/salvation, yet disbelief (doubt) for movement beyond the cross and into all the Christ Jesus sacrificed His lifeblood that we may access which is evident by the words allowed out of their own mouth. Though both faith and its operative power – divine love are gifted at the onset of salvation, both must be self-developed to produce the good fruit because training in the world’s way of doing begins at an early age. Such is the crux of my second book (see footnote #1). Romans 12:2 relays the crucial importance for ongoing transformation or continual renewal of the mind for revelation knowledge in the Word of God through the Teaching of the Holy Spirit; And Romans 10:17 states that  faith comes (and is strengthen or further developed) by God’s Word.  

A critical error of those rendered sons & daughters of YHWH (with inserted vowels YAHWEH transliterated JEHOVAH commonly interpreted the LORD) by the blood of JESUS/YESHUA is allowing the thief’s thought that they’ve no time for the WORD because it’s akin to saying they’ve no time for the LORD God. For God’s power within requires the intention to abide or remain or continue in God through Christ Jesus (John 15:1-8). As succinctly stated by another: “we have a divine right to stay in the presence of God”. The Word made flesh – Jesus the Anointed One and His Anointing said that “all things are possible with God” Matthew 19:26; Mark 9:23 & 10:27. For God’s power never adheres to time. As succinctly stated by yet another: “Believers can do something . . . . faith is not time;  faith is always now; faith doesn’t have to wait on time. That why when you lay hands on the sick and God heals them instantaneously, you went around time. Believers have gotten away from the Word of faith” 2  Furthermore, that a significant number of churches have gotten away from the Word of faith to such an extent that sons & daughters of God react to a miraculous move of healing as though God is doing a new thing, whereas among the many things that JESUS the Healer told us is to “. . . lay hands on the sick who shall recover” Mark 16:18. Therefore, it seems that reformation is indeed still relevant:  

  • reformation – to amend or bring right again; to make straight or correct the manner of life 

We are partakers of a better covenant ratified by the sinless blood of the precious Lamb of God – JESUS/YESHUA; it’s better because such includes both the old covenant and the new covenant gifts. That is, The Blessing of Abraham as well as the fullness thereof by the redemptive work of Christ Jesus. For the fullness thereof includes the Ministry-of-Authority as well as the return of the Holy Spirit’s Ministry on earth. There is nothing more powerful than the Word of the One Who is Omnipresent and Omniscient and Omnipotent.
