Dear Sisters and Brothers in Jesus the Christ,

In seeking to understand God the Father we draw near to God the Son Who is Christ Jesus; designated by God as the High Priest through Whom Believers receive the Anointing; hence, the gospel is the good news of Christ Jesus (read John 12:44-50; John 6:44-51; Hebrews 5:10; John 7:37-39; Romans 1:1-6). The Only Begotten Son of God is King of kings and Lord of lords; everything is through Him: Redemption, Reconciliation, Restoration, the Recreated human spirit, and the ongoing Renewal of the soul or the mind. Believers receive right standing with Abba Father by faith in Jesus Who is the author and finisher of our faith (Romans 5:1; Hebrews 12:2). Yet, faith does not free one from obedience for which all will come before the judgment seat (read 2 Corinthians 5:10). Comprehension and application moves beyond understanding; it’s about what we do with what we know. (And it’s never too late. So, when Mr. Doubt begins to whisper in your ear resist him and his buddy Mr. Fear; cast both down in Jesus’ Name. He Who is in you is greater than he who is in the world [1 John 4:4]. You can do all things in Christ Jesus Who strengthens you [Philippians 4:13]. It is true unto you according to the Word of God [Psalm 119:25b]. Be it unto you according to the Will of God [Philippians 2:13]. Amen.)

Christ Jesus, Whose earthly walk was in perfect obedience to The Father (read John 15:10), said we must be obedient to the Will of God (read Matthew 7:21-23). Therefore, it may please Believers to have a clapping good time during worship but the goal is to please Abba Father (2 Corinthians 5:9); and obedience which is submissiveness to Him pleases the LORD God (read Deuteronomy 28).

  • Faith pleases God (read Hebrews 11).
  • Forgiveness pleases God (read Matthew 6:12; Mark 11:25; Luke 6:37c, Luke 23:34).
  • Love pleases God (read 2 John 1:6; Matthew 2:37-38; 1 Corinthians 13; Luke 6:38).

Christ Jesus gave the church which is the Body of Christ who are Believers work to do until His second coming. The work involves bricking God’s Kingdom of Light on earth. Ephesians 5:9 says the fruit of the light is goodness (God the Father), righteousness (God the Son), and truth (God the Spirit). Seek first His Kingdom (shore up in the things of God), be ever conversant with God (talk and listen), and He will perfect what concerns you (Psalm 138:8). Soldiers of light, be ye fruit of the light. “By standing firm you will gain life” Luke 21:19 (NIV). Blessed be God Most High; and on earth – peace and blessings to God’s favored.

Speak the promise . . . Harriet
