When I don’t know what to say, I am reminded to say the WORD. Jesus the Anointed One and His Anointing completed His mission on our behalf by staying on the WORD; speaking and doing only as He saw of God the Father (John 5:19, 8:26a, 28 & 38, 12:49-50, 14:10). The Sovereign Lord God Almighty spoke with Moses face to face; he knew the WORD up close and personal yet wasn’t permitted to cross over into the promised land for saying what he wanted to say instead of that which God told him to speak to the rock (Numbers 20:8-12). Elijah was the Prophet of prophets, spoke a drought into existence and then rain back again; yet allowed fear which is the opposite of faith to send him fleeing by the dark word of Jezebel until the Lord God reminded him that things aren’t as they appear (1 Kings 19:1-18). Yes, this faith walk that we (Believers) are commanded to do isn’t a cakewalk but Jesus did all the hard work on our behalf; we need only apply His finished work.

Therefore, we keep our eye on the Lord Jesus and, in the manner of our Lord, say and do only what doth sayeth God the Father. The finished work of Christ Jesus reconciled us unto the Father as His children; it is by the power of God within that we are able . . . Yes, God is able. The covenant we have with Abba Father by the blood of Jesus solidified our authority to cast down any thought or imagination contrary to the Word of God concerning us. Jesus said, faith as small as a mustard seek can place a demand; and as it is written, “faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of GodRomans 10:17. Read the Word, study it, meditate it, mutter it, do it; and in so doing the power of God within will do whatsoever demand has been placed in keeping with God’s Word which accomplishes everything for which it is sent (Mark 11:22-24; Isaiah 55:11, 45:23).
