Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ Jesus,

For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—-our faith. Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?                                1 John 5:4-5 (NKJV)

As citizens of God’s Kingdom of Light, we are the set apart ones, and everything we are “called” or “sent” to do is accomplished by the power of God working in us and through us for His good purpose. “We put no confidence in human effortPhilippians 3:3b (NLT). Every effort of man is worthless; that which is priceless is what Christ Jesus has done for us by His blood. Through Christ Jesus’ anointing we may know the power of God at work in us to establish His covenant in the earth. Yet, we who are saved: redeemed by the blood of the precious Lamb of God, re-created or reborn of water and the Spirit, reconciled unto God the Father as sons and daughters, and restored all rights and privileges, are still being formed into the fullness of Him by the continual renewing of the mind in the WORD. Renewal of the mind in the WORD by the teachings of the Holy Spirit retrains the mind from the learned behavior and/or habitual practice in the ways of the world. The spirit of the antichrist is common rule in the ways of the world; yet those made sons and daughters of God by the blood are overcomers because Jesus defeated the enemy of God at the cross. “But you belong to God . . . you have already won your fight . . . because the Spirit who lives in you is greater than the spirit who lives in the world. They are of the world, so they speak from the world’s viewpoint, and the world listens to them. We are of God. He who knows God hears us; he who is not of God does not hear us. This is how we know if someone has the Spirit of truth or the spirit of deception.1 John 4:4-6 (NLT; NKJV). Having desired the things of Abba Father, we have received: His WORD – the Written Word, His Only Begotten Son – the Living Word, and His Spirit – the Living Water. In Christ Jesus, we have the victory and every promise because everything Christ Jesus received, those in Him have received as well . . . not because of anything we have done but of God’s grace. The WORD tells us to stand fast in the Lord Jesus the Anointed One and His Anointing because through Him is providence received of abundant grace and the gift of righteousness in which we are called to reign as kings and priest by faith powered by divine love. In Christ Jesus we may abide in peace that surpasses all understanding because Abba Father is Jehovah Shalom. In Christ Jesus we may abide in love that surpasses knowledge because God is Love. Obedience to the truth which is the WORD is evidenced by good fruit, and this too is of God’s power at work in us. Christ Jesus preached the gospel of God’s Kingdom of Light of which we are citizens; and the gifts of Christ Jesus are for the edification of the body of Christ – the church, toward unity of the faith.
