Those rendered sons & daughters of YHWH (with inserted vowels YAHWEH transliterated JEHOVAH commonly interpreted the LORD) walk by faith which is powered or operated by divine love (2 Corinthians 5:7; Galatian 5:6). Hence the devil instigates strife to inhibit faith which is confidant belief that the Word of God is true unto sons & daughters of Abba Father by the blood of Jesus. God is Love, a compassionate giver who is able to do far more than we can ever imagine (Ephesians 3:20). Yet weak faith results in the inability to receive all that God has already given or bestowed or gifted 2000 years ago by the redemptive work of Christ Jesus (1 Peter 1:4; Revelation 5:12). Scripture relays that two of the gifts bestowed at the onset of salvation are the measure of faith and divine love; Yet we are responsible for the further development of both. Romans 12:2 relays that ongoing or continual renewal of the soul (i.e., intellect, will, emotions) in the Word of God through the Teaching of the Holy Spirit for revelation knowledge is imperative. For to do the “greater works” that the Lord Jesus said we would do (John 14:12) requires increased power; Yet the church which is the Body of Christ seems steeped in procedural format far more than signs and wonders (Colossians 1:13; Mark 16:15-18). The lost are drawn to God by the demonstration of God’s power.  

Specific to prayer: God gives, we receive the specific substance needful, and then we release that substance for the manifestation thereof via instructional command. As another succinctly described, affirmations or confessions receives from God whereas a prophetic utterance or instructional command releases life toward manifestation of the substance received via prayer; Hence Messiah Jesus told us to speak to the mountain (Mark 11:24). Relationship with God the Father enabled by Christ Jesus and empowered through the Holy Spirit facilitates sensitivity to God; Thereby increasing awareness of substance received via prayer, lest an instructional command spoken bounces due to lack of substance received (akin to a check bounced due to lack of funds in one’s own account). The One who is Omnipresent and Omniscient and Omnipotent withholds nothing that His only begotten Son – the Lord Jesus paid in advance for all humankind. Speak like the Lord Jesus who only did and spoke as He heard of the Father; and pray for wisdom & revelation as per Ephesians 1:17-23. .Spirit-led prayer assures that God has heard us because the Holy Spirit knows exactly how to pray in keeping with God’s will; and when we know that God hears us, we may be confidant (faith) that we’ve received what we’ve asked (Ro 8:26-27; Eph 6:18; 1Jn 5:14-15). All to the glory of God, with thanksgiving in Jesus’ Name.
