Dear Sisters and Brothers in Jesus the Christ,

 9) . . . What eye has not seen and ear has not heard and has not entered into the heart of man, [all that] God has prepared (made and keeps ready) for those who love Him [who hold Him in affectionate reverence, promptly obeying Him and gratefully recognizing the benefits He has bestowed] [Isa. 64:4; 65:17.]   10) Yet to us God has unveiled and revealed them by and through His Spirit, for the [Holy] Spirit searches diligently, exploring and examining everything, even sounding the profound and bottomless things of God [the divine counsels and things hidden and beyond man’s scrutiny].”  1 Corinthians 2:9-10 (AMP)

More and more people will receive salvation – brought out of the kingdom of darkness and into the kingdom of the Son of His love (Colossians 1:13) when those already saved – Believers give evidence of the living Christ with signs and wonders miracles by the power of the Holy Spirit. For it is by the Holy Spirit that we are enabled with the immeasurable power of God, and it is by His Teaching that information in the Word of God is revealed. Jesus the Anointed One and His Anointing fulfilled His ministry on the earth; hence He is now the firstborn and our High Priest. The Lord Jesus asked Abba Father to send the Holy Spirit (John 14:16); and on the Day of Pentecost the ministry of the Holy Spirit began (Acts 2:1-4). The DUNAMIS for miracles, signs and wonders that God works through those rendered His sons and daughters by the blood of Jesus is by the Holy Spirit.  Baptism in the Holy Spirit enables the ability of God to do His work in the earth. The “rivers of living water” of which Jesus spoke about (John 7:38-39) refers to the well for our own good fruit bearing life (Galatians 5:22-23), whereas that which flows outward is for others. In other words, Believers are limited in our ability or power for sign and wonders and miracles sans baptism in the Holy Spirit as evidenced by speaking in tongues. For example, I received Jesus as Savior and Lord at a very young age and with Him came the Holy Spirit (Galatians 3:14), and  for the sake of clarity, I’ll describe it as having received 50% of the Holy Spirit. However, decades passed prior to learning that I could ask (Luke 11:9-13) Abba Father, in Jesus’ name, for 100% or fullness of the Holy Spirit. The minute that I knew to ask Abba Father, I didn’t hesitate. (Although I don’t recall whether it was several hours or a couple of days after; I’ll never forget that weekday morning when I received, it was glorious!) Speaking in tongues is utterance given by the Holy Spirit; such helps when we know neither what nor how to pray (Romans 8:26-27). Praying in tongues is praying in the spirit; it is talking to Abba Father in a spiritual language (1 Corinthians 14:2) which, I’ll add, also prevents unnecessary broadcasts to the thief who only comes to steal and kill and destroy. Scripture tells us to pray all kinds of prayers in the Spirit (Ephesians 6:18); that such strengthens (Jude 1:20). Therefore, I endeavor to pray in the spirit daily for 30 minutes in addition to praying in my regular language. Initially, praying in tongues began with three minutes and gradually increased. Sometimes, while spending time in the WORD (outside of regular prayer time) it may go longer; and at other times (while reading something about the LORD (whether or not Scripture) it may be less. As it is written, we may be most confident when praying God’s Word because His Word is His will (1 John 5:14-15) of which the Holy Spirit is expert.

The more we fellowship and/or spend quality time with Abba Father is the more familiar we become about His unconditional love (Agape) for all mankind as well as the full dimensions of Christ Jesus’ love for all mankind. The Lord Jesus said that it gives Abba Father great happiness to give us the kingdom (Luke 12:32). God doesn’t withhold anything from those created in His image (Genesis 1:26-27). “He who did not withhold or spare [even] His own Son but gave Him up for us all, will He not also with Him freely and graciously give us all [other] things?Romans 8:32 (AMP). Rather, like leadership (i.e., Pharisees, Sadducees, etc.) during the time of Jesus’ ministry on earth, who refused to accept the Living Word, it is the traditions of man that tend to withhold whether knowingly or by manipulation of the thief who comes to steal and kill and destroy. Therefore, self-study through reading and meditating the Word of God is encouraged so that by the Teaching of the Holy Spirit we may comprehend in order to apply or do the Word of God. Abba Father has given us all things through Christ Jesus. However, it is our own responsibility to receive; for The One we serve strongly advises, yet never forces those He created with free-will. “Today I have given you the choice between life and death, between blessings and curses. I call on heaven and earth to witness the choice you make. Oh, that you would choose life, that you and your descendants might live!Deuteronomy 30:19 (NLT). The Word of God relays that the same strong advice was given the first Adam/man: “15) Then the LORD God took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to tend and keep it.  16)  And the LORD God commanded the man, saying , ‘Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat;  17)  but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely dieGenesis 2:15-17 (NKJV). We know the high treason committed by Adam that ushered sin into the earth by the trickery of the thief who comes to steal and kill and destroy. BUT GOD sent the last Adam – JESUS, who walked in perfect obedience to the will of Abba Father that we might (free-will) choose abundant life “in Him” (John 10:10b). May all born anew ask/pray the Father for fullness of the Holy Spirit that all in the Body of Christ may be endued with DUNAMIS for signs and wonders and miracles so that all of us may truly Philippians 4:13, and operate the ministry-of-authority in the Name above all names to the honor and praise and glory of Abba Father, with thanksgiving in Jesus’ name, Amen.

 Speak the promise . . . Harriet
