Dear Sisters and Brothers in Jesus the Christ,

22) And Jesus, replying, said to them, Have faith in God [constantly].  23) Truly I tell you, whoever says to this mountain, Be lifted up and thrown into the sea! and does not doubt at all in his heart but believes that what he says will take place, it will be done for him.  24) For this reason I am telling you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe (trust and be confident) that it is granted to you, and you will [get it]. Mark 11:22-24 (AMP).

Everybody has natural human faith. However, only those reconciled unto the Father by the blood of Jesus are bestowed the GOD kind of faith (which is what to “have faith in God” means). That is, all redeemed, recreated, reconciled, and restored every right and privilege as sons & daughters of God the Father by the finished work of Christ Jesus (Ephesians 2:4-8) have been given the measure of faith (Romans 12:3); it is yet another gift of Abba Father received through Jesus the Anointed One.

Every gift received from God the Father through Christ Jesus has power to conquer. For example, faith is undergirded by patience, these are power twins; and the operating power of faith is divine love (Hebrews 10:35-38; Galatians 5:6). Hence, the enemy of GOD is always at-tempting us to hate whereas Love Who is GOD (1 John 4:16) commands us to love. As branches on the Vine Who is Jesus (John 15:5) we are to continually grow or develop the fruit of the recreated/reborn spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-discipline (Galatians 5:22-23).

The things of God have power. Faith is a force of the recreated spirit (2Co 5:17-21) that is able to change things, move mountains, heal the sick and more, to the glory of God the Father. Of course, just like all things pertaining to our personal relationship and covenant with the Father, such is of free-will. Therefore, this equal measure of faith given to every person in Him, may either be allowed to stagnate or it will be strengthened/developed by the Word of God (Romans 10:17).

The One Whose word accomplishes everything for which it is sent and never returns void, gave dominion over the earth to man (i.e., male, female) created in His image. Although the first Adam handed the lease over to the evil one which ushered sin into the earth, the last Adam – Jesus the Christ Who was sent of the Father, took back the keys of death and Hades for the benefit of all mankind who believe and confess Him (Revelation 1:18; Acts 2:21; Romans 20:9). All of the promises of GOD are “yes” in Christ Jesus (2 Corinthians 1:20). Therefore, it is true unto all who are in Him according to Romans 5:17.

Speak the promise . . . Harriet
