SALVATION A. Noun. (b) of the spiritual and eternal deliverance granted immediately by God to those who accept His conditions of repentance and faith in the Lord Jesus, in whom alone it is to be obtained, Acts 4:12, and upon confession of Him as Lord, Rom.10:10;  for this purpose the gospel is the saving instrument, Rom. 1:16; Eph. 1:13;  (f)  inclusively, to sum up all the blessings bestowed by God on (people) in Christ through the Holy Spirit, e.g. 2Cor.6:2; Heb.5:9; 1Pet.1:9,10; Jude 3;  B. Adjective. Saving, bringing salvation, describes the grace of God, in Tit.2:11.

  1. It was the plan of YHWH (with inserted vowels YAHWEH transliterated JEHOVAH commonly interpreted the LORD) to re-align mankind to Himself.  
  1. It was perfectly implemented by the Holy Seed of the LORD God – Jesus the Anointed One and His Anointing – the Word made flesh/the Living Word – YESHUA/JESUS through His Birth, Life/Ministry, Death, Burial, Resurrection, and Ascension.  

a. “And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.Acts 4:12 (ESV)  

  1. It was accomplished through the power of the Holy Spirit/the Spirit of God – the Living Water; “sent at Pentecost by the LORD God and by Christ Jesus”;2 Whose seal is set in them who confess and believe on the perfect work of Christ Jesus.  

a. 19 . . . what is the immeasurable and unlimited and surpassing greatness of His power in and for us who believe, as demonstrated in the working of His mighty strength,  20 Which He exerted in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His [own] right hand in the heavenly [places], 21Far above all rule and authority and power and dominion and every name that is named [above every title that can be conferred], not only in this age and in this world, but also in the age and the world which are to come.  22 And He has put all things under His feet and has appointed Him the universal and supreme Head of the church [a headship exercised throughout the church], [Ps.8:6.]   23 Which is His body, the fullness of Him Who fills all in all  [for in that body lives the full measure of Him Who makes everything complete, and Who fills everything everywhere with Himself].”  Ephesians 1:19-23 (AMP)
