15 And He said to them, Go into all the world and preach and publish openly the good news (the Gospel) to every creature [of whole human race].  16 Whoever believes and is baptized shall be saved. Whoever does not believe will be condemned.  17 And these signs will accompany those who believe: in My Name, they will cast out demons; they will speak in new tongues;  18 they will pick-up serpents with their hands; and if they drink any poisonous thing, it will not hurt them; they will lay their hands on the sick, and they will recover.Matthew 16:15-18

Speaking the Great Commission and other foundational Scripture is a daily endeavor for me; not in place of but in addition to spending time with YHWH (with inserted vowels YAHWEH transliterated JEHOVAH commonly interpreted the LORD) via prayer as well as reading, and confessing God’s Word. For prayer in the Spirit and speaking in line with God’s Word further develops or strengthens the spirit towards being increasingly God inside minded whereas reading, studying, and meditating God’s Word transforms the soul i.e., intellect, will, emotions (Jude 20; 1 John 4:4; Romans 12:2). For by the blood of Jesus – the redemptive work of Christ Jesus – the finished work of the Lord Jesus, Who is the only Mediator between the LORD God and humankind (1 Timothy 2:5-6), it is true unto us according to God’s Word. Such is belief that the LORD can do it as well as belief that the LORD will do it (Luke 1:37 & 12:23); the God-kind of faith that shapes reality (Mark 11:24). Likewise, doubt and unbelief manifest failure. Nevertheless, I couldn’t figure out why each time speaking Matthew 16:15-18, I’d a sense of foreboding specific to verse 16b re the fate of an un-believer or blasphemer who refuses to repent. For I take no joy in someone’s demise. Listening to an audio by Kenneth E. Hagin (gifted to “see” into the spirit realm) rendered clarity; he spoke about seeing two Angels of the LORD God flying back and forth whilst he preached. One Angel of God repeatedly said, “whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa” and the other Angel of God repeatedly said, “blessing, blessing, blessing”.

“The one said, ‘whoa be unto all those who believe not; whoa be unto all those who walk in darkness, whoa be unto the earth. For judgement is coming, has come, is coming, will come; it’ll come upon those who are unbelievers; trouble, distress, loss of mind, failure of heart, difficulty. For these are troublesome times and perilous times that the Scriptures tell about.’ The other said, ‘blessing, blessing, blessing upon all those who believe; they will not be touched by the distress that comes upon the world. For they’re in the Kingdom of Light; and in the Kingdom of Light there is no fear, neither is there fright. In the Kingdom of Light, there is no judgement. For those who walk in the light judge themselves and say that’s wrong and put it away. And we walk in the light as stated He walks in the light then we have fellowship with one another, and the Blood of His Son cleanses us from all sin. Blessing upon those who are Blood bought. Blessing upon those who are Blood cleansed. Blessings, not judgement but blessings. So, lift up your voice and rejoice. For the LORD is at hand.

As it is written, the Angels of God are ministering spirits: “14 Are they not all ministering spirits sent out to serve for the sake of those who are to inherit salvation?Hebrews 1:14 (ESV). Strong’s Concordance relays 289 times whereof Scripture talks about the work of God’s Angels that are assigned to us at youth (Matthew 18:10); we don’t outgrow the Angel(s) of God assigned to us. Yet, they will only move on God-speak. Therefore, speak the Word of God to send them forth: “The Angels (of God) go before me. They direct me and prosper my way.1 Also regarding God’s Angels, during the day I speak Psalm 91 in its entirety (sometimes more than once). As I lay my head for sweet sleep (Psalm 127:2d; Proverbs 3:24b; Psalm 4:8), and after endeavoring to speak blessing unto Abba Father, the Lord Jesus, and the Holy Spirit:

  • Confession: “The Angel of the LORD encamps around those who (revere God) and delivers them.” Psalm 34:7
