The Word of GOD comes: “Don’t be afraid . . . I Am your shield.

GOD’s message comes: “Don’t worry . . .“.

John 14:27b – “Peace I leave you, My peace I give you . . . Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.”

John 16:33 – “I have told you these things so that in Me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”

Philippians 4:6-7 – “6) Be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.  7) And the peace of God which passeth all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.”

Every individual reconciled unto the Family of GOD by the blood of Jesus/Yeshua is an overcomer because we Ephesians 6:11-18. That is, we listen to GOD and we act upon His advice or do what He says. GOD desires to help us; it is His peace by which we remain calm in the very midst of a storm. Although I knew about GOD from a very early age, my relationship with GOD began much later; and when I began to seek His face relative to the fiery darts of the devil and his cohorts as well as other things, the very first Scripture that the Holy Spirit moved me to chew on (read, meditate, mutter, and speak) was Philippians 4:4-8 by which an inexplicable peace manifest; it is difficult to explain/it passed understanding; yet easy to confirm that peace was made manifest. Abba Father freely gives to all who ask! and He is pleased when we are expectant (Hebrews 11:6). Hence, the Lord Jesus said that we are to ask whatsoever (Mark 11:22-24; John 16:23-24). Then, after asking, the WORD says we should exhibit bold confidence in the knowing that GOD listens and hears us when we ask anything in keeping with His will (1 John 5:14-15). GOD’s will for our lives includes peace & light, wisdom & revelation, soundness of mind, deliverance & protection, healing & health, and prosperity (Deuteronomy 28:1-14; Proverbs 10:22; Psalm 91:1-16; John 10:10). That is, everything God the Father bestowed unto His only begotten Son: “power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing(s)” Revelation 5:12 (KJV), so too have all who are in Him received.

Confession/Affirmation – I am called to peace. Therefore, I let the peace of Christ Jesus rule in my heart (Colossians 3:15).
