Glitter (glit??r) v.i.  To shine with a gleaming light; sparkle.  – n. Sparkle;

I try my best to stay away from glitter cause it’s difficult to get off. Therefore, when I receive a greeting card with glitter on it, I take great care about removing from its envelope. Not so long ago, a cousin sent me a beautiful black hat that, due to another item included therewith, ended-up with glitter all over it; and regardless of the various methods of removal (i.e., tape, etc.) sparkles still remain. Recently, I purchased a pair of shoes via the internet of which its color was described as gold; imagine my surprise when these arrived full of gold glitter! In retrospect, such is a relatively close depiction of the concept behind my musings and reflections on the Word of God. Not so much for the response of an “Amen” from those who know because we already have eternal life with Abba Father by blood of Jesus.

For all “in Christ” have been given whatsoever the Lord Jesus was bestowed by God the Father: “power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessingRevelation 5:12 (KJV). By the Teaching of the Holy Spirit, the Word of God reveals that everything we’ve received through the redemptive work of Christ Jesus is “kept in Heaven . . . pure and undefiled, beyond the reach of change and decay1 Peter 1:4 (NLT). Such is kept for us (away from “the thief that only comes to steal and kill and destroyJohn 10:10a). The manifestations thereof are by faith (Mark 11:22-24; 1Jn 5:14-15) of which its operative power is the first of all the good fruit – love (Galatians 5:6 & 22-23). Hence, we release anything that serves to impede or block the flow of THE BLESSING.

To reiterate, it’s not for the declarative response of “Amen” from the saved but it’s for the hope that, however faint, there might remain a shine or a gleam or a flicker amongst the un-saved. Oh! that the these might glimpse the peace and joy of the Healer, the only begotten Son of LOVE – YESHUA/JESUS. The Lord Jesus was sent for the salvation of all who choose to receive it and every aspect thereof. God the Father draws to Himself through Christ Jesus (John 6:44 & 14:6; 1Co 1:9; Colossians 1:13); and though the Father desires all to eat bread in the Kingdom of God, a significant number reject His invitation (Luke 14:15-24). Those redeemed with a re-created or reborn spirit and reconciled unto God the Father by the Blood are sent to spread the Gospel/Good News of JESUS “for there is no other Name under Heaven by which we must be savedActs 4:12 (KJV).
