GOD is LOVE (1 John 4:8,16) and though He loves all created in His image (Genesis 1:26-27), Romans 9:13 relays the fact that God hates unbelief. The new birth neither pertains to the first birth nor natural birth because man (i.e., male, female) was created with free-will. Howbeit not even all of the originally chosen believed. For though the sons of Isaac – Jacob and Esau were twins and raised in the same household, one would believe whereas the other wouldn’t. More specifically, Jacob whom God later renamed Israel (Genesis 35:10) would believe whereas Esau who even exchanged his birthright for food (Genesis 25:29-34) exemplified unbelief. Foreknowledge is of the Omniscient; foreknowledge (as opposed to foreordained) is relative to who will use free-will to believe and who will choose not to believe. God respects faith.

Faith begets the new birth by belief in God’s only begotten Son – JESUS. The measure of faith and divine love are given at the new birth. Faith is developed by the Word of God. Faith and patience are power twins; patience undergirds faith for steadfastness on the promises of God as delineated in His Word (regardless of the manipulations of the thief that only comes to steal and kill and destroy). Faith exercised by those of a spiritual race who are a people of God take the things of GOD (i.e., joy, healing, peace, etc.) out of the spirit realm for manifestation in the natural realm by agreeing with the Word of God. Faith is belief that the will of God which is the Word of God is true unto them by the Blood. These are they who say like unto Mary’s response to the Angel of GOD even without substantive evidence: “. . . be it unto me . . .” Luke 1:38.

The Lord Jesus only did and spoke as He heard of the Father (John 5:19 & 8:26,28,38 & 12:49-59 & 14:10), and He only answered the thief by God’s Word (Luke 4:3-12). So too should we who are “in Him” – those of the spiritual race called a people of God. Every remedy for whatsoever besets a child of GOD was brought and bought, paid-in-full by the all redeeming, re-creating, reconciling, pacifying, all restoring blood of JESUS. Every cure was made manifest more than 2,000 years ago through the death and resurrection of Christ Jesus. Howbeit those of the new birth – a spiritual race of people begat by faith have authority to decree: “miracles of healing BE!” in the Name above every name.
