Information in the Word of YHWH (with inserted vowels YAHWEH transliterated JEHOVAH, commonly interpreted the LORD) revealed through the Teaching of the Holy Spirit relays that the faith of those whom GOD has chosen (the elect) is by the knowledge of the truth which teaches us how to live godly lives and renders confidence (Titus 1:2). Faith is belief that is confident which is pleasing to the LORD our GOD. “. . . it is impossible to please God without faith. Anyone who wants to come to Him must believe that there is a God and that He rewards those who sincerely seek HimHebrews 11:6 (NLT). Steadfast faith is steadfast belief is steadfast confidence that the Word of God is true; and true (as in applicable) unto each partaker of this New Covenant ratified by the blood of YESHUA/JESUS which reconciled us unto God the Father as His sons & daughters. The faith that holds fast to the truth that “God is not a man, that He should lie, nor a son of man, that He should change His mind” Numbers 23:19 (NIV), is belief that holds fast to the truth that God’s Word produces fruit “It will accomplish all I want it to and it will prosper everywhere I send itIsaiah 55:11 (NLT), is confident assurance that holds fast to the truth that God neither leaves nor forsakes (Deuteronomy 31:6; Hebrews 13:5); He is “first on the scene, also the last to leaveIsaiah 41:4 (MSG)

Therefore, when the devil sends his cohorts to turn up the heat (Daniel 3:13-19), we remain steadfast in and on God’s Word. That is, we speak and do in the way of the Lord Jesus who only said and did as He heard of the Father (John 5:19 & 8:26b,28,38 & 12:49-50 & 14:10,24b); by faith He spoke the desired results. Those “in Christ” are to make a command by faith (Matthew 21:22; Mark 11:22-24); those “in Him” are to decide and declare a thing (Job 22:28) in keeping with God’s will. It’s impossible to continually bathe in hate and work faith because “faith works by divine love” (Galatians 5:6). Those “in Christ” were given “the measure of faith” (Romans 12:3) and “the God-kind of love was poured into our hearts” (Romans 5:5) at the point of salvation. Faith operates by the “law of truth”. God’s Word is the “Book of Truth”, and revelation of the information therein is through the Holy Spirit whom the Lord Jesus also called the Spirit of Truth (John 16:13). Those called out of darkness and into the Kingdom of the only begotten Son of LOVE who is GOD (Colossians 1:13; 1Jn 4:8,16) received a re-created/reborn spirit instantaneously. However, renewal of the mind by God’s Word is ongoing or continual throughout our lifetime on earth. Yet study of God’s Word is for comprehension and application; those “in Christ” are expected to effectively use the authority bestowed in the Name above all names (Matthew 18:18; Mark 16:17). The Lord Jesus said, “I tell you the truth, anyone who has faith in me will do what I have been doing. . . . even greater things than these . . .John 14:12 (NIV). For by the redemptive work of Christ Jesus, the anointing that each person “in Him” was gifted (note the past tense) via the indwelling of the Holy Spirit is God’s ability in us to do towards establishing His Kingdom on earth (i.e., birth new citizens into the Kingdom of God; bring healing to the sick; cause finances to come to those in need; bring God’s compassionate love to the brokenhearted, etcetera). All to glory of God the Father, with thanksgiving in Jesus’ Name, Amen.   Peace . . . Harriet
