The Lord Jesus traveled from one town and village to another, proclaiming the good news (Gospel) of the Kingdom of God . . . and many women were with Him, who ministered to and provided for Him and the company out of their own property & personal belongings of considerable means. These women followed the Lord Jesus and ministered to Him when He was in Galilee; and a significant number of women came up with Jesus to Jerusalem, who stood at a distance during His crucifixion; who purchased burial spices to put on Jesus’ body and went to His tomb; who were subsequently sent to give His disciples the message that He is alive, and were the first to see the resurrected Jesus – the Firstborn from the dead and the Ruler of the kings of the earth. (Luke 8:1-3; Mark 15:40:41 & 16:1-9; Revelation 1:5).
