Dear Sisters and Brothers in Jesus the Christ,

The man with leprosy believed (faith) that if Jesus was willing to do it, he’d be healed (Matthew 8:2-3). The woman with the issue of blood believed (faith) that if she could just touch His clothing, she’d be healed (Matthew 9:21). What a significant number of people had in common, during the time that Jesus the Anointed One and His Anointing walked this earth calling Himself the “Son of ManJohn 6:27, was belief (faith) that whatsoever was needful would be received. Such was often exemplified by sheer determination as in the case of the woman with the issue of blood who wasn’t suppose to even leave the house, let alone force her way through a throng of people; and as also in the case of the men who carried a paralyzed man and (because they couldn’t get pass the throng of people) dug an opening in the roof above Jesus to lower the mat on which the paralyzed man was lying (Mark 2:1-5). Every now and then, I think about what it must’ve been like, 2000 years ago, to be in the presence of Him Who came so that we might (choice) have abundant life (John 10:10b). The fact, however, is that those who receive and believe on (faith in) the Lord Jesus do have Him; it is written that He will “never forsake nor leaveDeuteronomy 4:31 & 31:6; Hebrews 13:5. (One would actually have to deny [turn their back on] Christ Jesus for such to occur which 1Jn 5:16c refers.) Therefore, we aren’t waiting on the Lord Jesus to bust a move; rather He is waiting on us – the church which is the Body of Christ. The Lord Jesus paid it all, He did all the work; everything necessary for us to have abundant life is already done. Therefore, “we believe (faith) we receive the finished work of healing and health by the finished work of Christ Jesus”; and/or “we believe (faith) we receive the finished work of abundance and supply by the finished work of Christ Jesus”. In Him, we’ve received the promises of God which are all “yes” in Christ Jesus to which we say “amen” (2 Corinthians 1:20). That is, everything God the Father gave to the last Adam – the Only Begotten Son (that bore our weaknesses and infirmities and chastisement, and entered into the pit of hell to take back the keys of death and Hades [Revelation 1:18] so that we might [choice] have the peace of Jehovah Shalom); Who was made the “Firstborn from the deadColossians 1:18 (reborn from sin to righteousness for our [mankind’s] benefit) when God the Father raised Him up by the power of God the Holy Spirit (the same promised Spirit [Galatians 3:13-14] Who resides in every Believer); and JESUS representing the fullness of Man (in the way first created by God in His image [Genesis 1:26-27 & 2:7] before the first Adam chose the sin which moved mankind from eternal life to eternal death) is seated at the right hand of the Sovereign LORD God Almighty, Who called JESUS/YESHUA “God” Hebrews 1:8-9 (hence we say God the Son); and gave Him the Name above every name “not only in this age and in this world but also in the age and the world which are to come. And He has put all things under His feet and has appointed Him the universal and supreme Head of the churchEphesians 1:20-22 (AMP).
