GOD is omniscient; He knows your thoughts. Satan doesn’t know your thoughts; He attempts to plant thoughts. The more that those who are reconciled unto the Family of God by the blood of Jesus become familiar with the characteristics of Love who is God, the easier it becomes to recognize and say: “no, that’s not my thought” and cast it down in the Name above all names. And the more familiar with the characteristics of Abba Father the easier to recognize the sure way by which He leads. Be specific about the things asked or prayed for; even if it’s only for clarity of His response and/or kindness in our follow-through. (Personally, I ask/pray a significant number of things in tongues because the enemy doesn’t need a heads-up regarding my plans; there are enough fiery darts without lending the devil and his cohorts advance notice so to speak).

To embrace this God-life, we are to use or apply the God kind of faith. Jesus assures us that we may go directly to Abba Father and ask whatsoever and He will grant that request because we use His name (John 16:23). The God kind of faith isn’t tentative. In using a mountain to represent an obstacle or problem, Jesus said, “This mountain, for instance: Just say, ‘Go jump in the lake’ — no shuffling or shilly-shallying — and it’s as good as done. That’s why I urge you to pray for absolutely everything, ranging from small to large. Include everything as you embrace this God-life, and you’ll get God’s everything. And when you assume the posture of prayer, remember that it’s not all asking, if you have anything against someone, forgive . . .” Mark 11:23-25 (MSG).

There is no need to dwell on how little or how much faith because the Living Word says that faith the size of a mustard seed is all that is required; and all rendered sons & daughters of the Father by the Blood have been given the measure of faith as well as the God-kind of love (Romans 12:3; Romans 5:5). As it is written, faith works by love (Galatians 5:6); and faith is confidence about the fact that when we ask in keeping with God’s will He hears us, and since we know that God hears us, we know that what we’ve asked is granted (1Jn 5:14-15).
