Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ Jesus,

“You will be ever hearing but never understanding; you will be ever seeing but never perceiving. For this people’s heart has become calloused; they hardly hear with their ears, and they have closed their eyes. Otherwise they might see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, understand with their hearts and turn, and I would heal them.” Isaiah 6:9-10

The Word of God is made clear for whom it is written, as to how those rendered sons and daughters of God by the blood of Jesus are expected to live. As it is written, “Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. The one who sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature will reap destruction” (NIV). Yet, it’s not that I’m so good; it’s the blood of Jesus that rendered me righteous in the sight of God the Father (Romans 3:25). The prayer of a righteous person has tremendous power (James 5:16), not because they are so good; it’s because their righteousness is by the blood of Jesus. There is protection, healing, peace, and much more by the Blood. We may plead the Blood.

It is because of the blood of Jesus that God the Father sees us as He sees Christ who knew no sin (1 Corinthians 5:21). That is, GOD doesn’t remember our previous iniquities (Isaiah 43:25; Hebrews 8:12). Therefore, instead of repeatedly confessing to God how nasty we might’ve been before the Blood was applied, Scripture tells us to put God in remembrance (Isaiah 43:26) of our right standing with Him by the blood of Jesus. For example, such may be accomplished by thanking God for the mystery of His plan revealed in Christ Jesus through Whom we are cleansed by His Blood, healed by His Blood, so forth and so on. This act of putting God in remembrance of our right standing with Him by the blood of Jesus, also serves notice to the devil’s cohorts that any demonic activity or fiery darts pointed in our direction are null and void. We may plead the Blood.

All of the aforementioned is because Jesus the Anointed One and His Anointing walked in perfect obedience to the will of God the Father, even to the sacrifice of His sinless lifeblood. Howbeit, God the Father exalted His only begotten Son with all authority in the Name above every name and, in turn, the Lord Jesus delegated this authority to every person “in Him” (Philippians 2:9-11; Matthew 28:18; Mark 16:17-18). That is to say, those “in Christ” are to fulfill this sacred ministry by exercising the authority entrusted to us, to bind and loose (Matthew 16:19 & 18:18). More specifically, to bind and loose the works of the thief who only comes to steal and kill and destroy; all malfeasance and malady are of the thief whereas Christ Jesus came that we might have abundant life (John 10:10). Those who believe and confess the Lord Jesus are instantly cleansed of sin and guilt (Colossians 1:2-22; Acts 2:21; Romans 10:9,13). We may plead the Blood.

Of such is far more than “fire insurance” in regard to where eternal life will be spent hereafter. For those reconciled unto the Family of God by the blood of Jesus are heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ (Romans 8:17). To be an heir necessarily indicates an inheritance which is for the living, and includes the covenant kindness and favor of God. The thief will surely send postcards to remind of previous iniquity but those rendered sons and daughters of God by the blood of Jesus are enabled to put on the whole armor of God which effectively extinguishes the fiery darts from the defeated foe, dethroned by the blood of Jesus (Ephesians 6:11-18; Colossians 2:15). We may plead the Blood.

Nothing stops those reconciled unto God by the blood of Jesus from entering the Throne-room to seek God’s face and/or develop a personal relationship with Him. For the sin that can’t withstand the presence of God was obliterated by the Blood. Jesus is Lord because He paid it all once on behalf of all mankind by His sinless lifeblood (1 John 2:2 & 4:10). As the blood songs are sung: Oh yes, there’s power, power, wondrous working power in the precious blood of Jesus; and What can wash away my sins? Nothing but the blood of Jesus; and The Blood that gives me strength from day to day, it will never lose its power. We may plead the Blood.

Therefore, often (almost daily):
• In Jesus’ name, I plead the blood of Jesus over myself; upon others (including leadership for those called of the five-fold ministry gifts of Jesus); and throughout my community (including sons & daughters of God who work and/or live thereof).
• In the Name above every name, I plead the Blood over this land for which I stand in the gap – the United States of America (including the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska).
• In the Name of Jesus, I plead the Blood, over every aspect of USA governance, the leaders thereof, and its Judicial system (i.e., municipal, state, federal).
• I plead the blood of Jesus, in His Name over every branch of the USA’s Armed Services, as well as the Police Force.
• (And) with the LORD’s delegated authority in the Name above all names, I bind demonic activity in all of these as well.

Blessed be the Sovereign Lord God Almighty – my Abba Father by the blood of Jesus. Blessed be Jesus the Anointed One – my Savior and Lord. Blessed be the Holy Spirit – my Comforter, Counselor, and Teacher. Giving all glory, honor and praise to Abba Father, with thanksgiving in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Speak the promise . . . Harriet
