Dear Sisters and Brother in Jesus the Christ,

Vengeance belongs to Me. I will recompense, says the LORD. . . . The LORD shall judge His people.Hebrews 10:30 (KJVER)

We never really know enough until we recognize that God alone knows it all. . . . some people end up as know-it-alls who treat others as know-nothings. Real knowledge isn’t that insensitive. We need to be sensitive to the fact that we’re not all at the same level of understanding in this. . . .1 Corinthians 8:3,7 (MSG)

Whatever level we are at, we mustn’t stay there. For the LORD desires each of us to come up or move up or be built up from the milk of God’s Word to the solid food of God’s Word (1 Corinthians 3:2; Hebrews 5:12-13); to the “whole measure of the fullness of ChristEphesians 4:13 (NIV). Romans 12:3 relays that GOD has given us the measure of faith, and Jude 20 relays the building up of our own faith through the Word of God which builds up (Acts 20:32). The Living Word relayed through His various teachings the importance of building on a solid foundation (Matthew 7:24-27) and/or planting the seed – the incorruptible Word of God in good soil (Mark 4:14-20). For it is GOD who supplies/ministers the seed that shall enlarge the harvest (Isaiah 55:10-11; 2Co 9:10).

Beginning with the first Adam, man has used free-will contrary to the advice and way of GOD (Genesis 2:16-17 & 3:6) and the result of the entrance of sin into both man and the earth never negates itself; sin increases in its wickedness. The choice between life and prosperity, death and destruction (Deuteronomy 11:26 & 30:15) is mankind’s decision or choice. However, a significant number have been stumbled by the free-will decisions of others manipulated by the devil and his cohorts to the implementation of laws that go against the way of GOD. Little wonder that a significant number of both the young and the not so young seem somewhat dis-interested in joining the often two-faced behavior of those who proclaim to be of the church – the Body of Christ. We are called to do good to those who may not be so well behaved toward us and pray for more than those we like (Matthew 5:43-44). Yet agitated prayer bespeaks a semblance of unbelief.

Those reconciled unto YHWH (with inserted vowels YAHWEH transliterated JEHOVAH and commonly interpreted the LORD) by the redemptive work of YESHUA/JESUS are called out of the dominion of darkness (Colossians 1:13) for the comprehension and application of God’s Word through the revelatory teaching of the Holy Spirit. That we may be bearers of good fruit (John 15:1-5; Galatians 5:22-23; Philippians 1:11 ) and effectively use the ministry-of-authority bestowed to us in the Name above all names (Mark 16:17-18; Matthew 18:18). That God’s (always good) purpose for our lives attains the full measure of stature in Christ Jesus who is the firstborn and the faithful witness and the first begotten of the dead and the prince of the kings of the earth (Romans 8:9; Revelation 1:5).

Speak the promise . . . Harriet
